The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Sales & Marketing department as an Assistant Project Manager. Reporting to the Project Manager, your role would be to coordinate and manage small to medium-sized projects across Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project scoping, planning, and resource estimation
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support regular team stand-ups
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Gather and document business requirements; create process maps where needed
- Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and steering committees
- Monitor quality of project outputs and ensure they meet expectations
- Support change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to improving project frameworks, tools, and documentation
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in project management or project coordination, with a proven track record of supporting successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach, with a strong commitment to delivering timely and high-quality solutions to client needs.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations.
- Experience in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams across various business units.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Project Management certification
- Microsoft Office (Including Visio and Project)
- Project Management tools (eg Clarity, Jira, Atlas or similar)
Bonus Points If You Also Have
- Application knowledge of SAP (ERP, SAC, CRM)
- Knowledge of change Management fundamentals "PROSCI preferred"
