About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Support professional to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and will provide a mix of administrative, client service, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order updates.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly client experience at all times.
  • Order Management

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Administrative Support

  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining company calendars.
  • Support internal reporting and record-keeping processes.
  • Marketing Support (if available)

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office administration, client support, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A bookkeeping or financial administration background is highly regarded but not essential.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
