About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Support professional to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and will provide a mix of administrative, client service, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order updates.
- Ensure a professional and friendly client experience at all times.
Order Management
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Administrative Support
Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining company calendars.
- Support internal reporting and record-keeping processes.
Marketing Support (if available)
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Previous experience in office administration, client support, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A bookkeeping or financial administration background is highly regarded but not essential.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
