**You are a passionate Marketing Specialist who would like to contrubute to our success story?**

As a **Customer Marketing Specialist** you will report to the Customer Marketing Communications Manager in the Marketing & Communications department based in **Sydney**for a **permanent**contract.

As **Customer Marketing Specialist** you support the Marketing & Communications department to ensure all advertising promotional material is available as per agreed plan. You liase with the suppliers such as commercial artists, photographers and printers and sign companies and support the market managers/ category managers by providing ongoing support for new and existing products including the production and distribution of external and internal literature, displays, advertising, and product promotions. Part of your responsibility is the improvement of the Sales tools, promotions and the digitale presence.

**What will you do?**
- Prepare for the company's participation in trade events and customer events, including co-ordination and orientation of displays, products, advertising and promotional literature.
- Support the Merchandising team with POS and display requirements as required and maintain & redevelop new concepts for POS to ensure Hager is best in class in the market.
- Coordinate with the production of new and existing literature, co-ordinating all pricing, artwork, printing, layout and design and liasing with advertising agencies, graphic designers, photographers and printers.
- Ensure availability of promotional items are consistently maintained and meet the standards of the market.
- Maintain promotional and/or selling tools including displays such as Din Rail boxes, onekonekt displays and sample cases.
- Be involved with the concepts of the promo - this may include ideation, design of look of feel, prize selection etc.
- Develop and implement social media calendar in line with company objectives and marketing plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

**What about you?**
- Preferred Tertiary study in Marketing or experience within the Marketing function.
- Experience in Design & Print of marketing materials, and a working knowledge of printing processes and techniques
- Ability to set up and improve both manual and computerised systems
- Experience in social media management, Sitecore, digital automation platforms (Eloqua) & CRM and with using MS Office, Adobe (suite)
- Autonomously communicate with various stakeholders and third party suppliers to achieve business goals and needs within crucial deadlines
- Experience using Hootsuite and Google GA4 and with corporate and product photography
