This role will see you take the lead in shaping how we digitally communicate our brands across both Consumer and Business Solutions - working closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and performance analysis of high-impact Marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- SEO & SEM – Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation, link-building, and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Social Media Marketing – Manage and optimise our end-to-end Social Media strategy, including content calendar development, execution, and lead generation. Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure campaigns deliver cost-effective outcomes. Includes influencer outreach and collaboration. Experience running paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, with platform-specific strategies.
- Content Marketing – Ability to plan, create, and distribute engaging content that supports brand awareness and lead generation. Experience with copywriting, design coordination, and video production.
- Email Marketing & Automation – Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo) and audience segmentation.
- Analytics & Reporting – Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Event Management: Manage the digital planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, supported by integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Events include trade shows, training workshops, webinars (via Zoom) and more.
Creative & Strategic Skills
- Copywriting – Ability to craft persuasive and clear marketing copy across ads, landing pages, and social posts.
- Design Awareness – Understanding of visual best practices (not necessarily a designer, but able to brief and critique creative effectively).
- Campaign Strategy – Know how to plan integrated campaigns that tie together paid, owned, and earned media.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to provide insights and strategic recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams across sales, product, and technical departments to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist role (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record in managing and delivering successful B2B campaigns and generating leads at events.
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
Desirable:
- E-Commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon).
- Knowledge of B2B or B2C funnels and retargeting strategies.
- Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools and Adobe Suite for ad optimisation and content creation.
