**About the role**:
As the Digital Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing our digital strategy, focusing on data insights to enhance performance and optimise the customer experience. You will become an integral part of the marketing team through enabling our customers to have a seamless digital experience and journey, while helping facilitate the successful delivery of our digital strategy for the group.
**This role will allow you to take on rewarding responsibilities which include but are not limited to**:
- ** Data Integration & Collection**: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure accurate data collection and efficient reporting.
- ** Data Insights & Analysis**: Analyse data to provide actionable insights that drive digital marketing strategies and improve performance.
- ** Digital Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and customer journeys.
- ** User Acceptance Testing**: Coordinate UAT processes to ensure the quality and functionality of digital tools and customer journeys.
- ** Customer Journey Development**: Assist in designing and implementing customer journey maps in Salesforce to enhance user experience.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**: Work with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.
**About you**:
***Proven experience within a digital marketing, data analysis and customer journey optimisation role
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce Marketing, Service Cloud, PowerBI/Tableau, Google Business Suite, Magento, Adobe Commerce
- A can-do-attitude with the drive for continuous improvement
- A team-player who can work collaboratively with others
