The Opal Talent Acquisition team are looking for a new team member for a 12-month fixed term contract role. This role will be based at our Burnley head office and have flexibility around hybrid work.

You will work with an awesome team and have responsibility for managing and assisting with recruitment for open roles across our Australian and New Zealand sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in a complex large organisation and work across multiple different areas within the business.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
- Some experience working in a recruitment agency or an inhouse recruitment coordinator role
- The desire to grow and develop your career within talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle dealing with multiple stakeholders at a time
- Good time management skills, be well organised, and be the kind of person that ‘gets stuff done’
