We are currently seeking to recruit a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**within the Talent Acquisition team to be based in our Melbounre office for a 12 month max term assignment.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment processes; coordinating processes for new starters to the company; providing support for systems and processes on HR projects and coordinating payroll requirements.

**Key accountabilities**
- Maintaining and updating employee records to support the recruitment selection process;
- Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee on boarding and current employee change of conditions;
- Coordinate and assist in the induction program;
- Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements;
- Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters;
- Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries from employees and hiring managers;
- Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise;
- Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR Information systems.

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HR Management/Systems) at Diploma or Certificate IV level, and 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role;
- High level attention to detail and accuracy;
- Well developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Workday and /or Springboard use and experience is an advantage;
- Ability to prioritise work and operate within tight deadlines;
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team;
- Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment;
- Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement.
