**Primary purpose of role**

**What we are looking for**

This is great opportunity for someone studying HR or already has a little experience and would like to gain more as an internal recruiter. We are looking for someone with the ability to think outside of the box and leverage our brand and EVP to attract and retain talent.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Basic level of labour legislation
- Computer proficiency
- Experience using recruitment platforms/social networks (LinkedIn in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication/Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- An excellent work ethic, a desire for continued learning and drive to deliver best outcomes.
- Great people skills

**Main Responsibilities**

**RECRUITMENT**
- Work closely with hiring managers to support with identifying their team requirements / hiring processes for each position.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Supporting the People/L&D team with administrative functions if required.
- Foster a collaborative environment with members and internal team.

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE**
- Provide a smooth handover experience for new hires, coordinating with L&D and relevant departments.
