This is a newly created entry-level position, perfect for someone who has a passion for Retail, finding amazing talent and is looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition.

**About the role**:

- Supporting the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
- Building strong talent pipelines/communities to meet future hiring needs
- Develop strong, proactive working relationships across the business to enable a solution-orientated approach
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Retail Ops
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Talent Acquisition team

**About you**:

- Experience in Retail Management and/or 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
