At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we have an opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**to join our team for a **15-month Parental Leave contract.**

**About the role**
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future retail leadership roles across our national store network
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Use your market knowledge to identify and attract the best retail talent
- Identify and escalate any Talent Acquisition issues or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist

**About you**
- Experience within a retail leadership position or similar working background
- Recruitment or HR administration experience, preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
