**About Them**
Join this fantastic purpose lead not-for-profit organistaion, supporting individuals and families providing access to councelling and information to support mental health matters. This role will offer someone the ability to work fully remote and with a talented team who are passionate about what they do.

**Work closely with the business to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will include**:

- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Managing all pre-employment and reference checks
- General recruitment administrative tasks and producing contracts

**To be successful in this role you must possess**:

- Prior recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness in meeting deadlines
- Experience in writing and posting job ads
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Be proactive
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Understanding of Australian Employment law
