**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting out Talent Acquisition team as well the broader People and Culture team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

**Some Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting with building our talent communities in Livehire.
- Working collaboratively with the People Advisory team to ensure employment offers and other administration is completed for a seamless handover and onboarding.
- Provide recruitment related reporting and analytics.
- Supporting with development of social posts as required.
- Build and maintain internal and external supplier relationships to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Reviewing our processes in line with our objectives of continuous improvement.

**About you**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally from either from an agency or internal recruitment background.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful recruitment results Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience in managing external third-party relationships with recruitment vendors
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work effectively within a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with Australian employment law
- The ability to identify and implement continuous improvement within current work practices
