Our Projects, Rail and Technology Systems division have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner. In this position, you will get an opportunity to partner with hiring managers, providing expert advice on a range of talent solutions whilst utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire will be key to success. With a strong pipeline of future projects, commitment to building talent on niche projects in the Rail and Technology industry, including white and blue collar hiring.
**About the role**
Reporting to the P&C Manager, this role will work alongside a fast paced and collaborative People & Culture team. This is a true end-to-end role with a mix of talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, and talent pipelining. Balance that with understanding the commercial imperatives of the business and strategically working to find top talent and drive commercial and people outcomes.
**About you**
- You are commercially driven, with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- You are an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of professionals at all levels
- You are a talent advisor who can provide ‘outside-the-box’ solutions to your business for hard to find resources in a highly competitive market
- You have advanced level of sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and other resources
- Ideally you have experience in the Rail and/or Telecommunications sectors, desirable but not essential
