- Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, we are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team in our Perth CBD office. This will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

**About the role**
- Sourcing suitably qualified trades and white-collar positions for our Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and Maintenance projects
- Utilise sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
- Drafting and posting adverts
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships

**About You**
- High-volume recruitment experience of both trades and white-collar positions
- A solid understanding of recruitment processes and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as organise and prioritise competing demands High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
