Government agency are seeking a HR Business Partner with international experience

**Your new company**
You will be working for a growing international agency. This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity for further opportunities within the organisations growing HR team.

**Your new role**
- Provide business partnering to our offshore network
- Work with external payroll providers and Finance to input data, review and approve payroll for 8 regions
- First point of contact for all people and culture related enquiries
- Research and recommend benefit programs that align with local market practice and the organisations requirements
- Co-ordinate recruitment and prepare all associated documentation for the appointment of all offshore staff
- Review, improve and manage offshore systems and processes to ensure governance and compliance issues are met
- Ensure all documentation is appropriately filed and retained.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- HR experience working with overseas customers
- An understanding of payroll concepts
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to communicate with all levels
