12 month fixed term contract, HR Business Partner change focus for a large education organisation

**Your new company**
An industry leading education organisation is looking for an experienced HR Business partner for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will utilise your expertise being a true HR generalist and be able to partner with key stakeholders across the business. This role is based in based in Sydney CBD with a salary of $138,000+Super.

**Your new role**
Strong business partnering skills with extensive with workforce planning and OD. Key tasks include:

- Provide workforce strategic and operational guidance, advice and support to the Director Leadership Team, People Leaders and employees as required.
- Provide coaching and advice to relevant People Leaders on complex HR/ER related issues.
- Ensure HR/ER solutions provided to the relevant People Leader achieve positive business outcomes.
- Respond to HR requests within a timely manner.
- Complete other ad hoc work as directed by your People Leader.
- Utilise people leader tools and resources and support leader development

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a strong HR Business Partner with extensive experience as a HR Generalist having the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience with employee relations (grievances, performance management and other complex issues); coaching and ability to work in a fast-paced business.

You will enjoy working in a complex and diverse organisation and operate in a supportive manner by coaching staff on HR principles and practices. Previous experience working within the public sector would be advantageous
