**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Recruitment Business Partner in their day-to-day activities and adhoc requirements
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
- Ensuring job descriptions are up to date
- Creating and placing job ads
- Running interviews, assessments, and shortlist processes
- Maintaining communication with applicants
- Reporting to management on recruitment progress
- Representing the organization at recruitment events
- Assisting HR Management in developing an annual recruitment plan
- Assist the P&C Business Partners as required

**About You**
- Ideally have 1-2yrs previous experience in a Resourcing, Administrative or Recruitment role
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands.
