**About us**:
Davids Timber established in 1990, is Victoria’s leading outdoor timber supplier. We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our team in Dandenong South.

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator at Davids Timber, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role has the scope for the right person to progress within the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling sales administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing orders, generating quotes and pricing products.
- Coordinating customer requirements with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Collaborating with the transport team to coordinate deliveries and optimize logistics.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Providing support to other team members as needed and fostering positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a sales environment.
- Solid understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with building materials is desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: $52,247.19 - $76,900.15 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
