About the Role...*
In this role, you will lead our internal Sales Team ensuring we provide exemplary customer service.

*
Your will be responsible for: *
- Participating and committing to Safety Standards at all times
- Driving productivity in order to maximise resources throughout the department, control costs and maintain a focus on strategic initiatives
- Driving positive outcomes and improving performance in administration, production, customer relations and overall profitability
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to regular customer, manufacturing, safety and planning meetings
- Managing and developing the VIC administration and internal sales team
- Managing and maintaining strong customer relationships

**About You...**
- Demonstrable achievements in leadership positions in a sales/ building or manufacturing business. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management position
- Strong financial and analytical skills with high level attention to detail
- Highly developed decision making capability, competence in making timely and effective decisions, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement and commitment to drive outcomes
- Experience in reporting to senior managers and customers on all aspects of workplace performance
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
