As internal sales, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.

**Your role**:

- **Provide** customer service
- counter sales and via phone
- **Support **a diverse customer base in providing product support
- **Attend **to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- **Liaise **with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

**What you need**:

- **Experience** in hydraulics / industrial products. Hose and Fitting background will be an advantage.
- **Mechanical aptitude** in an automotive or industrial industry.
- **Ability** to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
- **Strong** technical skills and problem solving.
- **Experience** in customer service in a retail / trade environment.
- **Ability** to engage with people and build good customer rapport.
- **Computer literacy,** experience using Pronto would be advantageous.
