**About the role**

We currently have a new opening in our Dandenong South office for a full-time customer service and internal sales person. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

**In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Counter sales & collection
- Inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Supporting sales representatives
- Offering technical product support and advice
- Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
- Purchasing / Stock Control
- Picking, packing and some warehouse duties

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
