About us

At Lotus Doors, we design and manufacture market-leading operable walls and sliding door systems that transform spaces across education, commercial, aged-care and hospitality projects. We're on an exciting growth journey and need an Internal Sales Consultant to help us keep projects moving and customers delighted.

About the role

We're looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Inbound enquiries — understand project requirements and match them with the right Lotus solutions.
  • Review plans/specifications and prepare clear, accurate and timely quotations.
  • Support our Sales Managers with more complex quotes and technical input for key projects.
  • Keep projects organised — maintain accurate CRM records and manage project updates.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Production and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About you

  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and collaborating with different teams.
  • Solid admin background and strong attention to detail / time management.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and picking up new systems quickly.
  • Curious about technical sales or construction products — you like solving problems and learning how things fit together.
  • Bonus points if you can read building plans or have worked in construction, interiors, architecture or related supply industries.
