**What you will be working on**

As our Customer Experience Administrator, you will focus on administrative tasks to support the construction process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer file notes, enhancing transparency, and facilitating effective communication
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including team members, home and land specialist, site managers and suppliers
- Administering the creation and maintenance of Key Handover Packs
- Maintaining construction files while adapting to process changes, promoting efficiency and accuracy
