**Your new role**
The purpose of this role is to provide additional administration support to the wider team. This role is based in Balcatta. The main duties of this role will look like the following:
- General Customer Service and Support
- Scheduling work orders, liaising with agents and tenants for bookings, co-ordination of bookings and invoicing.
- General Office and Administration Duties - needs to be competent in Outlook
- Data Entry & Document Management
- Office Presentation and Up-keep
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent computer skills - particularly in MS word and excel
- Previous experience in data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written communication skills
- A good telephone manner
- The ability to deal with customers both internally and externally
