**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Perth Campus to provide our internal and external customers with an exceptional experience upon every interaction. This role will have overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day campus operations, whilst providing exceptional service delivery to our customers. This role will be based in our Perth Campus, Monday-Friday.
**_What will I do?_**
Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance, and support to clients and students regarding Lumify Group programs and services and resolving inquiries both in person and over the phone
Overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day campus operations, provide oversight and guidance to students, trainers and campus staff to exceed in every area of the operation and client experience
Effectively plan, deliver and execute the administrative and operational requirements of the campus and training activities
Monitor students, including attendance and welfare and coordinate training, logistics and hospitality arrangements
Providing a high level of administrative support to the Customer Experience Team
Promptly respond to and manage requests for maintenance and repairs in timely manner
- Support with leading any Campus or Student Journey related projects
**_What have you accomplished?_**
Passionate and motivated to lead a successful operation as well as exceptional student facility
Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with mínimal supervision
Previous experience as an Office Manager highly regarded
Previous customer service experience preferably within an education environment
- A self-starter with a professional image who has accuracy and strong attention to detail
