Administration and Customer Service Opportunities - South of the River

Pay Rate: $35-$38ph + Super

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary to Permanent opportunities (Full, unrestricted working rights required)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Full Time & Part Time hours available

The Roles

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Customer Service Representatives and Administrators to join a range of reputable businesses located South of the River. These roles are initially offered on a temporary basis with genuine opportunities for permanency for the right candidates.

Depending on the role, you may be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional customer service via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact for clients and customers.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and general administration tasks.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
  • Assisting with scheduling, rostering, and mobilisation tasks.
  • Supporting the wider team and management with ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and internal sales.
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar office support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability to work full time or part time hours Monday-Friday.
