We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Customer Experience Officer to be responsible for providing high-quality, professional, and efficient customer service and administrative support to the City of Perth community and visitors.

In your role as the Customer Experience Officer, you will support the City by:

- Proactively maintaining up-to-date information on the City’s ongoing matters, activities, and events and always providing information to customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Contributing to the overall quality and consistency of standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in ongoing training and workshops

You will have a demonstrated experience in frontline customer service with a sound knowledge of customer service expectations and standards, and experience communicating with customers through various channels. The ability to prioritise workloads and tasks in a timely manner, whilst working under mínimal guidance is also a must.
