An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant.

This role is based in our Rockingham Dealership, servicing Melville, Cockburn and Rockingham Toyota, with a primary focus on vehicle service bookings and customer retention activities.

What you'll be doing:
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and responding to enquiries
  • Booking vehicle service appointments
  • Responding to customer emails regarding servicing, recalls, and parts
  • Making outbound calls for service reminders and post-service follow ups
  • Accurate data entry and general administration support
What we're looking for:
  • Previous call centre experience (essential)
  • Strong customer service skills – in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Excellent communication, computer, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and professional presentation
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-focused attitude
  • Experience with the TUNE dealer management system and/or previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded)
