**The role**: If you are passionate about building relationships and developing business, you will enjoy this position. This role is built around relationships, and you will be part of high performing team, responsible for growing and retaining our portfolio of clients. You will be seeking new opportunities within our core market, managing existing clients, providing solutions and advice on products, delivering demonstrations and product training as well as those duties listed below.
- Maintaining display stock and distributors' showrooms
- Ensuring the profile of customers is maintained and updated in CRM so that contact can be made on regular basis, when / if required
- Assisting with promotional activities and data for marketing campaigns
- Resolving customer issues and queries
- Quoting clients when required
- Promoting all product ranges to applicable clients
- Reporting to sales manager on progress and sales figure
- Some travel within NSW will be required

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a service industry
- Expertise in retaining, developing, and increasing a healthy pipeline of customers, whilst building relationships, representing the company in business development activities and generating new business
- Experience in demonstrating and products training in 1:1 and group environments
- Understanding of solution selling and the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships
- The ability to drive effective outcomes and deliver superior results
