Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Sydney, NSW. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to maintain and grow account relationships.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
