**About the role**

We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our Volvo Cars South Yarra dealership. In this role you will be the face and voice of the dealership and will ensure the smooth operation of the client experience within the business.

In addition to the greeting of clients, in person and on the phone, you will also assist with administration duties.

This is a key role to the business and requires an energetic individual with impeccable customer service skills, attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
- Meet and greet customers
- Provide café services to customers, including making of coffee, daily set up and clean-up of café area
