Receptionist (Fluent Chinese Speaker)

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, providing them with excellent customer service.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Safeguard visitor information with utmost confidentiality and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist and administrator is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese, possessing excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, displaying a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
- Maintains a professional appearance and conducts oneself accordingly.
