Our client who is a global consultancy in IT services, digital & business solutions are hiring for an experienced receptionist to join their office based in North Sydney.

You are largely responsible for the first impression people have about the company. Your presentation is vital to company operations, and a smiling, friendly receptionist should welcome customers, ask them to sign in, remember their names and offer them refreshment.

Care should be taken to settle the guests in the reserved meeting room and inform the associate via desk phone / or mobile phone that the guest has arrived. A positive comment should be offered as the guests leave. This position is to ensure the smooth running of the offices both in customer facing areas and associate interactions.

Must Have
Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint High level of Customer Service ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ Receptionist ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to Have
A qualification in Office Administration An interest or training in OH&S (WH&S) First Aird Certified Roles & Responsibilities
Switchboard answered with 3 rings. Do not leave the switchboard unattended, call for backup as required.Prepare the office for the day: Arrange chairs in all boardroomsRefill/remove Boardroom water jugs
