About the role

SportsHealth Physio & Sports Injury Clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients at our clinic located in South Yarra, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
  • Answering and responding to incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling to meet clinic operational needs

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare or similar service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional service to patients
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Competent in using computer systems and office equipment
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive patient experience
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
