One of our clients in South Perth are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist on a 2-3 week temporary basis that holds extensive experience with
**Exact** software. If you fit this criteria, keep reading

**What will you be doing?**
- Greeting & checking in patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling bookings
- Handling enquiries
- Chasing up referrals and X-rays
- **Use of EXACT Software**:

- Document preparation
- Assisting dentists/ dental nurses where required
- General administrative duties

**To be considered for this position you will need**:

- Recent experience as a dental receptionist **(essential)**:

- **EXACT software experience - (essential)**:

- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Professional presentation
- The ability to build rapport with patients
- Knowledge and exposure to the Dental Industry
