Our client is a Queensland based, privately owned, supplier & manufacturer of branded merchandise and apparel sold through a national network of over 3,000 distributors as well as retail. They have been growing strongly over the last several years and pride themselves on innovation and best-in-class quality.
We are looking to attract a high caliber professional with the desire to work with a dynamic business in growing market share. The role is designed to take full responsibility for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, whilst being part of a dedicated team of Business Development Executives in order to boost sales revenue and profitability across the region.
This role provides the opportunity to work with market-leading brands and growing them into new markets and directions while working with an energetic team in an environment that encourages fresh ideas.
This is a senior sales role that will ensure the customers interests are always kept paramount. The role is responsible for the following duties:
- Develop long-term relationships throughout each key account’s organisation and through to their customer base
- Proactively plan and execute activities to grow market share into new industries, markets, or product subcategories.
- Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the Account Management Team
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales role
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and customer-centric approach with a strong work ethic
