Due to business growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help take our company to the next level

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the National Business Development Manager, and working as part of a dynamic, supportive team, the role will be responsible for
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders to actively promote the Cater Care brand within the market.
- Remain up to date with industry trends and innovations, changing client needs, and present potential initiatives/innovations for development
- Networking & prospecting for potential new clients across all sectors with a specific focus on Aged Care and Retail contracts in the Foodservice sector
- Ensuring achievement of both individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Conducting thorough and timely research on each market to build a sales pipeline with clear and structured plans for opportunity management

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years experience either in an Operations Management role or in a B2B business development role with exposure to the Aged Care food services sector
- Strong team and customer orientation with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on new challenges.
- Superior business relationship management experience
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline will be highly regarded
