Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading bank in Melbourne and work on various projects across different business units? If you have excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, then we want you to be our project coordinator

**Your new role**

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project managers and the project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints. You will also be the main point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.

Some of your key duties will include:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience in using project management software such as Project Manager, Jira or MS Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of seniority
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

**What you'll need to succeed**
