You'll bring strong experience in design management, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration, joining our growing Melbourne team to initially lead projects across the residential, education, and retirement living sectors — delivering great results through teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

The Opportunity

Working from the Melbourne office, this is your chance to take ownership of projects end-to-end — from concept and design through to completion. You'll work across both construction and ICT infrastructure projects, giving you the opportunity to diversify and grow. In this role, you'll:

·      Lead project delivery — managing scope, budgets, schedules, and risk.

·      Drive design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contract performance.

·      Ensure compliance, quality, and governance standards are met.

·      Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.

What You'll Bring

·     3–5+ years' experience in client-side project management.

·     Previous background working with a Contractor or Builder highly regarded.

·     Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

·     Personable with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

·     A proactive, self-motivated, and organised approach to work.

·     Passion for innovation, quality, and sustainable project delivery.
