Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

**VCAT**
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
**About the Role**
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives that enhance the Tribunal's operational effectiveness, digital capabilities, and service delivery outcomes. The role will work collaboratively with stakeholderes to manage end-to-end projects that align with transformation goals and will be responsible for:
- planning, coordinating and delivering assigned projects that support VCAT's strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with timeframes, budgets and quality standards
- liaising with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and assess risks
- monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and preparing project documentation including plans, reports, presentations and evaluation materials
- supporting contract management and vendor liaison processes
- contributing to the development of governance frameworks, business cases and continuous iprovement processes
**_This position is a fixed term role until 1 May 2025_**
