We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator for upcoming projects within the Client Service Department based in our Port Melbourne Office. The role will involve working with Project Managers and a team of Technicians to relay information back to our clients, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
**The key responsibilities include**:
- Administrative support for the general projects department
- Management of project documentation and site reports
- Managing of financial reports
- Raising of Purchase Orders (Pronto System)
- Preparing Invoices
- Working in a Team environment
- Scheduling of works
- Reception Relief
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in Microsoft software packages Including Microsoft Project
- Experience in Project Administration
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- General business knowledge
- Strong people skills and is able to work proactively
- Experience with client online works portals
