**Responsibilities**

Plan, develop and implement strategies to foster the sales for each of the existing clients
- Market analysis to understand the competition, then setting a plan to maximise the organization’s awareness/branding image to potential new clients
- Prepare presentations and strategy based on this analysis for internal development.

Promote the company’s goods and services to as many people as possible across different channels, such as expos onshore and offshore, social medias, web site.

Action and implement the plans direct with new and existing clients.

Develop, implement, and monitor sales targets and report to the General Manager.
- Implement after sales strategies to create loyalty from the client.
- Assist in developing client relationships, defining project scope, developing project plans and managing delivery of internal and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time

Project Management interaction to be aware of the delivery of customer activations as assigned, considering the six aspects of project management throughout all aspects and actions undertaken (Benefits, Risk, Scope, Quality, Cost & Time).
- Manage the execution of any such activation, sourcing & managing the goods and services, both internal and external, required to adhere to the project requested within the agreed budget, specification & schedule.
- Varied Projects and Products in Shopfitting, Mass Production, Product Design and Retail Service
- Consistent engagement throughout project cycles with the Design Team to effectively understand the products produced and account for the processes required in project planning & execution.
- Work with our Design, Production and Commercial Teams

**Skills and Experience Required**
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree related to the position
- 6+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience interacting with CRM or Similar Data Systems
- Financial/Administration Experience
- Shop-fitting and retail furniture manufacturing experience
- Experience in design or interacting with design teams
- Visual Merchandising experience
- Manufacturing & Construction experience/knowledge
- Proficient Computer Skills: Excel, Outlook, MS Office
- Organisation & Time Management Skills
- Ambitious and able to work on own initiative as well as support the wider team
- Process driven & Detail focused
- Able to work under pressure on varied tasks in detail
