· Back-up alarms and amber warning lights for off-road vehicles, earth-moving vehicles, material handling equipment

· Lighting and sound-based warning products for emergency service vehicles in Police, Fire, Ambulance, and security industries

· Mandatory and signal lighting such as marker and combination lamps, indicators, work lights, and more

What do you do?

· Manage and grow your own portfolio of key clients

· Execute national sales strategy at a local/national level

· Build and deliver action plans to grow market share and win major projects

· Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Ops teams for seamless delivery

· Champion the company's values, team culture and customer first mindset

What do you need?

· 5–8 years in B2B sales, ideally in safety, electrical, lighting, automotive or industrial sectors

· Proven ability to cross collaborate with a national sales team in multiple territories

· Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

· Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or similar (preferred)

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

· Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 30-40% of time) across Victoria and interstate

· Valid driver's licence with clean driving record

· Australian work rights or valid work visa
