**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for new leads and managing a sales pipeline
- Managing client relationships and database administration
- Conducting open homes, property inspections, and auctions
- Negotiating deals and securing sales
- Collaborating with vendors, buyers, photographers, and marketing teams

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills with a **solutions-driven mindset**:
