We have an outstanding opportunity for a Team leader to join the Mid
- Market team based in our Truganina office.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Mid Market you will be working as part of our committed team of specialist managing a portfolio of customers within our Mid-Market segment.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

- The develop, implement, and monitor the segment sales strategy
- Lead a team and mentor your team of Sales professionals of Account Managers and Business Developers
- Assist with strategic plans for new business growth in the Mid-Market segment initiatives and innovation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels and grow existing accounts to establish COS as a preferred supplier
- Lead Account Partnership Reviews and develop customer accounts plans to optimise opportunities for growth

**More about you**:
The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Previous experience in leading and developing a team
- Demonstrated sales experience within a B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development and Account Management role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets both as a team and individually
- Strong proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated presentation, analytical and written communication skills
