**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a **talented and driven Marketing Specialist**to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about property development and have a flair for creating impactful marketing strategies, this is your chance to take ownership of exciting projects and make a real impact on our brand growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute **strategic marketing plans**that drive brand awareness and support business growth.
- Conduct **market research**to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for boutique homes.
- Lead **marketing campaigns**across multiple channels - digital, print, social, and events.
- Create compelling marketing materials including **brochures, videos, 3D renders, and social media content**.
- Oversee **digital marketing**efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid ads with performance tracking.
- Collaborate with **creative agencies, photographers, and designers**to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Plan and manage **display home launches, open days, and community engagement events**.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide **data-driven recommendations**for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with **industry standards and regulations**.
- Build strong relationships with **stakeholders and culturally diverse clients**, particularlywithin the Indian market.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bachelor’s degree**in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **3+ years’ marketing experience**, ideally in construction, property development, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics**.
- Proven ability to **plan and deliver successful marketing campaigns**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a **fast-paced environment**.
