We specialise in health industry services including in home support for clinical trial participants.

While engaging within a small and supportive team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating vital clinical trial home care services in Australia, NZ and SE Asia which involves liaison with nurses, trial sites and participants. On a typical day, you will attend online client meetings with our international clients, schedule home visits, arrange couriers for supplies, and check and arrange amendments of crucial clinical trial documentation. So, of course, your attention to detail skills are imperative. Your accuracy, methodical approach to data management and time management skills will prove invaluable as well.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, and while we have an office in Kew East that you would visit potentially 1-2 times per week, working from home is available and will provide the necessary equipment and support for you to do so.

Whilst a nursing background or experience in the medical industry would be of benefit, it is not essential. Your communication skills, attention to detail and years of experience in administrative roles will set you up for success within our team.

You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams and Excel. Experience with Asana and Smart Sheets will be helpful as would experience with project management and scheduling.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
