We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the calendar effectively
- Answer phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

**Qualifications**:

- High school certificate; relevant certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred but not mandatory a straining will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must know how to speak and understand English, Punjabi and Hindi
