**About the role**

In this role you will be the first point of contact for United Energy customers regarding complaints, enquiries, issues and compliments relating to services provided by Zinfra field and technical crews.

**Work from home 3 days per week **and 2 days per week at our Keysborough depot.***

**Flexible start and finish times. **The role is on our ZNX Victorian Enterprise Agreement 2020.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Maintaining good working relationships with United Energy customers
- Investigating, negotiating and resolving customer complaints
- Responding to customers in a timely manner driven by KPI measures
- Monitoring complaint trends and patterns
- Track and report KPI's relating to customer complaints resolution time

**About You**
- Customer service experience with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous SAP experience (desired but not required)
