The Company

We're partnering with a well-established supplier of branded food products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing and retail, including Unilever, General Mills, Bidfood, PFD, Woolworths, Coles, Costco, and Aldi.

They are now seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join a tight-knit, high-performing team initially as a temp with the view to joining the team in a permanent capacity. You'll work alongside a Business Development Representative and report to the Sales & Marketing Manager - playing a vital role in managing B2B client relationships, order processing, and service delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage the customer service inbox and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and order visibility to provide proactive updates
  • Identify solutions to challenges around delivery, quality, or product availability
  • Support continuous improvement in customer experience through a commercial lens

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a B2B customer service role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience managing order processing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Confident handling high-volume enquiries via phone and email
  • Commercially savvy and capable of supporting business development initiatives
